Returns & Refunds

Our Commitment

Because our products are sensitive research materials, we hold ourselves to a high standard before anything leaves the lab. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right — quickly and fairly.

Eligibility

Returnable

  • Unopened items in original, sealed packaging
  • Reported within 14 days of delivery
  • Items damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items sent in error

Not Returnable

  • Opened, reconstituted, or used vials
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Requests made after the 14-day window
  • Free or promotional items

For health, safety, and integrity reasons, opened or reconstituted research compounds cannot be accepted back into inventory.

How to Start a Return

  1. Reach out. Email VelorumPeptides@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. Include a photo for any damaged or incorrect item.
  2. Get authorization. We'll review and reply within 24 hours with return instructions and an authorization reference.
  3. Ship it back. Send eligible items back in their original packaging using the instructions provided.
  4. Receive your resolution. Once inspected, we issue your refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return for the credit to post, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We'll prioritize a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required in most cases.
